Who we are

American Standard Dental Laboratories (“ASDL,” “we,” “us”) operates the website at asdlhub.com from 19431 Business Ctr Dr, Suite 1, Northridge, CA 91324. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you submit one of our contact forms (Partner inquiry, Clinical Support, or Submit a Case), we collect the information you choose to provide: typically your name, practice name, email address, phone number, and any case details or message text. The "Submit a Case" form may also include digital scan files (STL, PLY, DCM) that you upload.

We do not currently set marketing cookies on this site. Our hosting provider (Vercel) sets technical cookies necessary for the site to function and may log standard request information (IP address, user agent, referrer) for security and performance.

How we use it

We use the information you submit through our forms to respond to your inquiry, provide quotes, ship starter kits, fabricate the prosthetics you order, and operate the lab relationship. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties. We do not use form submissions for advertising or behavioral profiling.

Service providers we use

Our site and form endpoints are hosted on Vercel. Case prescriptions and uploaded records are stored in Google Drive for lab access. Resend delivers inquiry emails and case notifications. Case notifications include the complete submitted prescription, including patient and practice information, restoration details, clinical notes, requested dates, the submission date, uploaded-file names and links, a case reference, and links to the Drive folder and complete RX. Uploaded file contents are stored in Drive and are not attached to the email. The email address entered on a case submission receives a copy of the notification.

Patient information

Use Submit a Case for the patient details, prescription, and supporting records needed for laboratory work. Include only information relevant to the case. General Support and Partner inquiries are intended for business and service questions. Contact the lab with questions about access to or handling of case records.

Your choices

You may request a copy of any personal information we hold about you, or request that we delete it, by emailing contact@asdlhub.com. We will respond within 30 days. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA; we honor those rights for all visitors.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of asdlhub.com after a change indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
