American Standard Dental Laboratories (“ASDL,” “we,” “us”) operates the website at asdlhub.com from 19431 Business Ctr Dr, Suite 1, Northridge, CA 91324. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you submit one of our contact forms (Partner inquiry, Clinical Support, or Submit a Case), we collect the information you choose to provide: typically your name, practice name, email address, phone number, and any case details or message text. The "Submit a Case" form may also include digital scan files (STL, PLY, DCM) that you upload.

We do not currently set marketing cookies on this site. Our hosting provider (Vercel) sets technical cookies necessary for the site to function and may log standard request information (IP address, user agent, referrer) for security and performance.

How we use it

We use the information you submit through our forms to respond to your inquiry, provide quotes, ship starter kits, fabricate the prosthetics you order, and operate the lab relationship. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties. We do not use form submissions for advertising or behavioral profiling.

Service providers we use

Our forms are processed by Resend (transactional email delivery). Our site is hosted on Vercel. These providers have access to the data they need to perform their services and are contractually limited from using it for other purposes.

Patient information

If you transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) through our forms, that data is handled under our standard business associate practices. We recommend using our dedicated case-submission channels (the customer dashboard at dashboard.asdlhub.com) for PHI rather than the marketing site forms.

Your choices

You may request a copy of any personal information we hold about you, or request that we delete it, by emailing contact@asdlhub.com. We will respond within 30 days. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA; we honor those rights for all visitors.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of asdlhub.com after a change indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
