Terms of Service

Effective date: To be confirmed at launch · Last updated: 2026-05-17

Acceptance of terms

By accessing asdlhub.com, submitting a form on this site, or engaging American Standard Dental Laboratories (“ASDL”) for laboratory services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Description of the site

asdlhub.com is a marketing and information site about ASDL's dental laboratory services. It is not the channel through which case submissions, payments, or clinical records are managed; those are handled through the secure customer dashboard at dashboard.asdlhub.com or via direct correspondence.

Use of forms

The contact, partner, and case-submission forms on this site are intended for inbound inquiries from licensed dental professionals and their staff. Information you provide is handled per our Privacy Policy. Submitting a form does not by itself create a service contract; case acceptance and pricing are confirmed in subsequent communication.

Intellectual property

All content on asdlhub.com — including text, graphics, product names, and the ASDL wordmark — is the property of American Standard Dental Laboratories. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from site content without our written permission, except for the limited purpose of evaluating ASDL as a service provider.

No clinical advice

Content on asdlhub.com is for informational and educational purposes for dental professionals. It is not a substitute for professional clinical judgment. ASDL provides laboratory fabrication services; clinical treatment decisions remain with the prescribing doctor.

Warranty & remake policy

Specific warranty and remake terms governing fabricated restorations are documented separately in the service agreement with each customer practice. Marketing claims on this site are not a substitute for those agreements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASDL is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site. Site content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind beyond what is required by California law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from your use of this site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of asdlhub.com after a change indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
